<p>This dataset contains the 2022 FL County Parcels provided
by the <a href='https://floridarevenue.com/property/Pages/DataPortal_RequestAssessmentRollGISData.aspx'>FL
Department of Revenue (DOR) Property Tax Oversight</a> in July 2022. The county
shapefiles from Property appraisers were received by DOR in April and have been
joined with 2022 preliminary tax rolls received in July. DOR does not have a
mandate to request metadata, some counties do, some do not. However, DOR
provides Property Code Guide & a User’s Guide Quick Reference documents to
describe the information contained on this dataset. In addition, this dataset
does not contain confidential records, such as social security numbers and the
records of property owners exempt from public records disclosure under section
119.071, FL Statutes. Some counties have opted for removing these parcels from
the dataset resulting on premeditated data gaps. For more information about
