 "description": "<p>This dataset contains the 2022 FL County Parcels provided\nby the <a href='https://floridarevenue.com/property/Pages/DataPortal_RequestAssessmentRollGISData.aspx'>FL\nDepartment of Revenue (DOR) Property Tax Oversight<\/a> in July 2022. The county\nshapefiles from Property appraisers were received by DOR in April and have been\njoined with 2022 preliminary tax rolls received in July. DOR does not have a\nmandate to request metadata, some counties do, some do not. However, DOR\nprovides Property Code Guide &amp; a User\u2019s Guide Quick Reference documents to\ndescribe the information contained on this dataset. In addition, this dataset\ndoes not contain confidential records, such as social security numbers and the\nrecords of property owners exempt from public records disclosure under section\n119.071, FL Statutes. Some counties have opted for removing these parcels from\nthe dataset resulting on premeditated data gaps.
