Abstract: The ROWSTAR Leased Parcels feature class shows the site-specific leased areas of communication towers within FDOT Right of Way in Florida. The leased areas were mapped as a reference to the lease legal descriptions and surveys provided by ROWSTAR, LLC. In addition, it also provides other information such as lease number, name, county and FDOT District.
Purpose: The ROWSTAR Leased Parcels feature class shows the site-specific leased areas of communication towers within FDOT Right of Way in Florida.

Process Step:
Process Description: This dataset was created using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2019 and ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4. The ROWSTAR leased parcel extends were generated from metes and bounds of legal descriptions included in the approved site specific lease documents. Right of Way Maps, Subdivision Plats and ROWSTAR Surveys were also used to aid in the mapping of leased areas. The leased parcels were geo-referenced to local Certified Corner Records obtained from LABINS. Then, the leased parcels coordinates were converted from NAD83 Florida State Plane Coordinates to Latitude and Longitude (WGS84) using AutoCAD Civil 3D and imported to ArcGIS Pro as a shapefile. This GIS data is not a survey and should only be used for graphical representation purposes.
